Discovery
Our approach to system design and the clients we serve is unique. We make sure that each part of the overall design meets our criteria for performance and integrity. Design & Engineering
Once we complete our Discovery, the project advances to the design and engineering stage. We develop diagrams and detailed layouts for all key aspects of your system. We consider all the details, from interior and exterior spaces to the selection of equipment, and meeting all code requirements. A complete set of engineering plans and line drawings are prepared for each project so our technicians understand their roles and can work efficiently to complete the necessary tasks.
Project Management
An essential function to the success of any project is how it is managed. A constant presence on the job site is invaluable – not only to you, but to your contractors. The behind the scenes coordination is what distinguishes our Project Managers from our competition. It is vital that the architect, designer, foreman and contractors are all working towards the same goal. Our timely and concise communication ensures everyone understands the scope of the project, their role, our role and time frames for completion.
Installation
There are several phases to installing a system: a Rough-In stage where all wiring is installed and tested, a Trim stage where interfaces are installed, and a Final Installation where the components are placed. When the system is functioning, we review its operation with any member of your organization. In every step of system implementation, the Project Manager and our in-house crew work carefully and cleanly.
Programming
We make sure your controls are intuitive, very responsive and easy to use. FutureLink programming is performed in our facilities by our staff, then tested and commissioned in the field for long-term reliability and simplicity. We incorporate your needs in every step of the process to be sure your system meets the needs of everyone involved – whether that be employees, students, administration, or executives.
